Family Recovery & Resilience
This free program provides psychoeducation, emotional support, skill development, and resilience-building strategies for families impacted by substance use and mental health disorders. The structure allows families time between sessions to practice skills, reflect on material, and implement change at a manageable pace.
What You Can Expect Each Month
Support
Each session begins with a warm check-in, giving families the chance to share how they’re doing and feel heard in a safe, judgment-free space.
Through guided conversation and peer connection, participants receive encouragement, empathy, and practical support from both facilitators and other families.
Tools
Families receive practical education and proven tools designed to strengthen resilience and support recovery at home.
Each session offers strategies for improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and navigating the challenges of addiction and mental health together.
Activities
Interactive skill-building activities give families the chance to practice what they’re learning in a supportive setting.
These hands-on exercises encourage teamwork, strengthen communication, and help families apply recovery principles in real-life situations.
Resources
Each session includes mindfulness practices and take-home resources to reinforce learning and encourage continued growth.
Families will gain access to practical guides, reflection tools, and calming techniques they can use between meetings. These resources provide ongoing support, helping families stay grounded, connected, and resilient on their recovery journey.
