Nicole Salami

APRN, CNP, PMHNP-BC

Nicole Salami is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience, specializing in psychiatry and addiction medicine. She holds advanced degrees in Nursing Leadership and Psychiatric Mental Health. Nicole is dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health and substance use, using a holistic approach to support recovery and reduce barriers to care.

Jennifer Krebsbach

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with nearly a decade of experience, I provide compassionate, holistic care for mental health and substance use disorders. Passionate about reducing the stigma of mental illness, I support patients in overcoming challenges and leading fulfilling lives. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time with family and pets.

Elizabeth Forrest

Elizabeth Forrest is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with almost 10 years of experience in substance abuse and mental health. She holds a degree from Walden University and previously worked as an RN at Hazelden Betty Ford. Liz is passionate about reducing the stigma around addiction and mental health, driven by both personal and professional experiences. She is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves through empathy and compassionate care.

Shirleen Roach is a Mental Health Practitioner with MA degrees in counseling and psychotherapy and in English and linguistics. With over twenty years of teaching experience and a background in trauma and addiction, Shirleen's approach focuses on meeting clients where they are, appreciating their unique strengths, and fostering a collaborative relationship to achieve mental health goals. She believes in the importance of viewing the client-practitioner relationship as a sacred partnership between equals.
