The Recovery Hub Outpatient Program provides a wide range of opportunities to engage with peers in the recovery community. Whether participating in outpatient therapy sessions, attending AA meetings, joining peer-led activities, or exploring additional supportive services, there are numerous options available for fostering connections and building a strong support network.

The Transformation House network delivers a comprehensive continuum of care, adhering to ASAM criteria from level 3.5 to level 0.5. Our Recovery Hub Outpatient programs cover levels 0.5 to 2.1, ensuring tailored, evidence-based interventions for effective substance use disorder treatment.
