Recovery Hub Services
The Recovery Hub Outpatient Program provides a wide range of opportunities to engage with peers in the recovery community. Whether participating in outpatient therapy sessions, attending AA meetings, joining peer-led activities, or exploring additional supportive services, there are numerous options available for fostering connections and building a strong support network.

Personalized care plans are designed to support recovery from substance use and mental health issues while allowing individuals to maintain their daily routines, ensuring a balanced approach to treatment in a non-residential setting.

Medication-Assisted Therapy using Suboxone aids in managing opioid dependence, providing a controlled, safe path to recovery by reducing cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

At the Recovery Hub, clients have access to recovery residences, fostering a stable and supportive environment. This additional resource contributes to the overall rehabilitation journey, promoting sustained recovery and well-being.
Levels of Care
The Transformation House network delivers a comprehensive continuum of care, adhering to ASAM criteria from level 3.5 to level 0.5. Our Recovery Hub Outpatient programs cover levels 0.5 to 2.1, ensuring tailored, evidence-based interventions for effective substance use disorder treatment.
