Recovery Hub Services
The Recovery Hub Outpatient Treatment center provides a wide range of opportunities for individuals to engage with their peers in the recovery community. Whether participating in outpatient therapy sessions, attending AA meetings, joining peer-led activities, or exploring additional supportive services, there are numerous options available for fostering connections and building a strong support network.

Co-Occurring

Lodging
At the Recovery Hub, clients have access to sober living, fostering a stable and supportive environment. This additional resource contributes to the overall rehabilitation journey, promoting sustained recovery and well-being.
Levels of Care
The Transformation House network delivers a comprehensive continuum of care, adhering to ASAM criteria from level 3.5 to level 0.5. Our Recovery Hub Outpatient programs cover levels 0.5 to 2.5, ensuring tailored, evidence-based interventions for effective substance use disorder treatment.
