At The Recovery Hub, we provide ASAM levels of care 0.5, 1.0, and 2.1 as part of our comprehensive outpatient addiction treatment services in Minnesota. Level 0.5 offers early intervention for individuals, focusing on prevention and education. Level 1.0 provides standard outpatient treatment with flexible therapy options that support recovery while maintaining daily life. Our Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) delivers a higher level of clinical support with multiple sessions per week, ideal for those needing more structure without residential care. These ASAM-aligned services ensure each client receives personalized, evidence-based care at the stage that’s right for them.

Our Psych Services prioritize individualized care, adapting to each client’s unique needs throughout treatment. We enhance accessibility by offering on-site consultations with dedicated psychiatric professionals or convenient telehealth options.
To ensure comprehensive care, all clients, regardless of their psychiatric history, receive a follow-up psychiatric appointment within one week of admission to one of our specialized programs. This crucial step allows us to assess and address any psychiatric needs, playing a vital role in their journey towards lasting sobriety.
At our organization, we place great importance on medication management and compliance for effective psychiatric treatment. Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment for Adult Men and Women
Transformation House offers outpatient treatment for adult men and women. Outpatient programming, similar to residential treatment, is structured and comprehensive, offering individual and group counseling, as well as dual diagnostic and psychiatric care. Additionally, outpatient treatment affords individuals the flexibility to continue to work, begin living at home, or to maintain daily responsibilities while receiving the care they need in order to prevent a relapse.
